Non-Fat Recipe:

Omit vegetable oil and increase water by 1 Tbs.

 

Low-Fat Recipe:

1. Pour contents of pretzel mix, packet of yeast (inside box), 1 cup plus 1 tsp. water, and 1 Tbs. vegetable oil into large mixing bowl.

2. Mix using spoon, then hands. Knead dough until smooth.

3. Cover dough with damp towel and let rest for 30 minutes.

4. Equally divide dough into 8-12 pieces, make 24" rope from each.

5. Shape dough into pretzels.

6. Dip pretzels in solution of 1 quart water and 2 Tbs. baking soda before placing on lightly oiled baking sheet.

7. Bake 10-15 minutes until browned and done in preheated 400° oven.

8. Finished pretzels may be dipped in or brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with coarse salt, cinnamon and sugar, or other toppings.

Directions:

2. Pour 1 cup lukewarm water and 1 Tbs vegetable oil (olive or canola suggested) into bowl.

3. Mix using spoon, then knead dough. Place dough ball into oiled mixing bowl. Cover dough and let rise until double (about 45 minutes) for thick crust.

4. Punch down dough and shape into pizza pan. Oil dough lightly and let rise about 15 minutes.Pizza Brown

5. Put ingredients – meat, cheese, vegetables, sauce, etc. on dough.

6. Bake in preheated 400° oven until bubbly and brown (about 20 minutes).

Thin Crust:

After step 2, knead dough and place in oiled mixing bowl. Let dough rise until double (or all day to retard yeast). Divide dough into two, then shape one dough ball into pan, let rest for 5 minutes and place ingredients on dough. Bake in preheated oven at 425° until done (about 10-15 minutes).

Instructions for ONE bag of mix:
(Box contains 2 bags):
1-Preheat oven to 350 degree
2-Add water to mix and blend
3-Add heavy whipping cream to mixture and whisk together.
4-Skim foam off the top and pour into custard dishes.
5-Bake at 350 degree in water bath (place custard cups in a pan of water so that water is to top of cup)
6-Bake 50-60 minutes.
7-Take out and cool in pan with water bath.
8-Remove from pan with water bath.
9-Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours (May refrigerate up to 2 days).
10-Sprinkle 1T sugar on each custard cup.
11-Brown using food torch or on broil in oven until the sugar is carmalized.
12-Chill until cool again and serve immediately.

100% Natural Chocolate Almond Biscotti: Bake your natural chocolate almond biscotti and indulge in a delicious treat. Our mix is full of chocolate, cocoa powder and almonds resulting in rich crunchy crispy cookies.  Easy to make and bake just follow instructions on package.  Net wt. 16 oz.

1. Heat oven to 325° F. Spray 1 large or 2 small cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine mix, 1/4 cup margarine

(room temp); beat until well blended. Add 2 large eggs and 1/2–1 Tbs. water, beat well.

2. With sprayed hands, shape dough into three 7-inch rolls. Place rolls 3 inches apart on sprayed cookie sheet; flatten each to 7 x 3-inch rectangle.

3. Bake at 325° F for 22 to 28 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheet; place on wire racks. Cool for 5 minutes. With serrated knife, cut rectangles into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange slices, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet.

4. Bake at 325° F for 6 to 8 minutes or until top surface is slightly dry. Turn cookies over; bake an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until top surface is slightly dry. Remove from cookie sheets; cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.

Store in a tightly covered container.

Yields approximately 24 pieces of biscotti.

Organic European Style White Bread:  Bake restaurant quality bread with our Organic European Style mix and experience a taste superior than most store mixes. Our Organic European White Bread mix is a moist, dense loaf with just the right amount of buttermilk.  The special blend of selected organic flour makes it perfect for rolls and continental style bread.  Just add bun spice and fruit to your recipe for tasty raisin bread. Organiqelle European Bread Mix is free of preservatives and artificial flavors.  It is more than 95% organic.

 

Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic buttermilk powder, organic unrefined sugar, sea salt and yeast packet (inside box).

 

Preparations:

Because bread making is sensitive to humidity and altitude, reduce water by 1-2 Tbs if humidity is above 50%. Reduce yeast by 1/4 tsp if altitude is over 3,000 ft.

Nonfat Recipe: Substitute equal amount of nonfat yogurt for vegetable oil in Regular Recipe.

Low fat Recipe: Substitute any combination of low fat yogurt, applesauce or vegetable oil to equal total amount of oil in Regular Recipe.

Regular Recipe (for most automatic bread makers):

(3 cup — 1 1/2 lb) (change the order of adding ingredients if machine manufacturers instructions are different).

1. Pour into pan: 1 cup lukewarm water,

3 Tbs vegetable oil and 2 tsp honey (optional)

2. Pour package of bread mix into pan.

3. Add contents of one packet of yeast (inside box).

4. Press start and/or set time according to machine.

Adjusting mix for smaller machines (1-1 1/4 lb):

Remove 2/3 of mix (about 2 1/4 cups) from package.

Use 3/4 cup water, 2 Tbs vegetable oil, 1 tsp honey (optional), and 1 1/4 tsp yeast from packet provided.

The unused portion of bread mix and unused part of yeast packet can be saved and used with the excess from another package.

 

Conventional Baking Ovens:

1. Pour contents of bread mix bag and one packet of

yeast (inside box) into a large mixing bowl.

2. Pour 1 cup lukewarm water, 3 Tbs vegetable oil andBread brown

2 tsp honey (optional) into bowl.

3. Mix using spoon, then knead dough. Cover dough

and let rise until double (about 45 minutes).

4. Punch down dough, shape into loaf in baking pan,

and let rise until double (about 45 minutes).

5. Bake in preheated 350ß F oven about 35 minutes until

golden brown and done.

Organic Donut Mix: A very easy and simple way to bake your own organic donuts without hydrogenated fat!  This donut mix gives you a healthier alternative to share a delicious treat with your children, family and friends at your own convenience.  With Organiqelle donut mix, you bake donuts of the best quality following an original American recipe.

Ingredients:  Organic unbleached wheat flour, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Organic Soy Milk Powder, sea salt, Organic Nutmeg, and dried lemon oil (modified food starch, concentrated lemon oil, di-alpha-tocopherol), and yeast packet inside box. Our Donuts Dough can be made in bread machine if needed.  A glaze recipe and topping ideas are also included in our box.

 

Organiqelle doughnut mix keeps fresh for at least 12 month.

 

Preparation: Just place following in bread machine pan:

1.  1 large egg • 3/4 cup water

2.  1/4 cup butter or margarine (cut in small pieces)

Add mix.  Sprinkle yeast from packet on top of mix and set machine for dough cycle.Donuts brown

3.  When dough cycle is complete, turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch

thickness with lightly floured rolling pin.

4.  Cut dough with floured 2 3/4 inch donut cutter. Re-roll scraps reserving donut holes. Lightly oil 2 baking

sheets. Place donuts and holes 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.

5.  Cover with damp towels. Let rise in a warm place about 30 minutes or until double in bulk. Preheat oven to 400° F.

6.  Bake donuts and holes 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan with spatula, cool on wire

rack 5 minutes. Dip in glaze (see below). Donuts are best when served warm.

 

Glaze Recipe for Donuts:

• 1 cup powdered sugar • 2-3 Tbs. milk

• Add a touch of vanilla or cinnamon for flavor

Mix powdered sugar, milk and flavoring to make thin syrup like glaze. Dip warm donuts in glaze then set on wire rack to cool. Note: Glaze is thin and will drip. Place waxed paper under rack to catch drips.

 

Variations:

1. Brush warm donuts with melted butter then dip in sugar or cinnamon-sugar.

2. Frost tops of donuts with icing of your choice.
Mix yields approximately 16 donuts.
